We take your privacy seriously and only use your personal information where we actually need it to run our shop, process your order or communicate with you.
We do not sell your personal information.

We use this information to process and ship your order, communicate with you about your purchase, provide customer service and meet our legal and tax obligations.

BIG CARTEL
Our online shop is hosted by Big Cartel.
Big Cartel processes certain personal and technical information necessary to operate the shop, shopping cart, checkout and other storefront functions.
As Big Cartel is based in the United States, personal information may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Big Cartel provides data-processing terms and safeguards for European merchants, including provisions for international data transfers.

PAYMENTS
Payments in our shop are usually processed through PayPal.
When you choose PayPal, the information required to process your payment is handled by PayPal according to its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your complete payment details.
In special cases, bank transfer may also be possible. Just send us a DM or email and we’ll work it out with you.
If you pay by bank transfer, the information necessary to process the payment may be handled by the banks involved in the transaction.
SHIPPING
To deliver your order, we share the information necessary for shipping — such as your name and delivery address — with DHL / Deutsche Post.
We only share information that is required to fulfil and deliver your order.
EMAIL & CONTACT
If you contact us by email or direct message, we use the information you provide only to respond to your message and, where relevant, to manage your order or request.

We do not automatically add customers to marketing mailing lists simply because they placed an order.

Big Cartel uses cookies and similar technologies that help the shop work properly — for example to maintain your shopping cart, operate forms and checkout, remember certain settings and keep the platform secure.
Big Cartel may also process information about visits to the shop for platform and shop analytics.
If we add additional analytics, advertising pixels or other optional tracking services, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and, where required, those services will only be used with your consent.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We keep personal information only for as long as it is required to process your order, handle possible enquiries or claims, and comply with applicable tax, accounting and commercial-law retention requirements.
After the relevant retention periods have expired, the information will be deleted or its processing restricted where required by law.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the GDPR, you may have the right to:
- request access to your personal information;
- have incorrect information corrected;
- request deletion of your information where the legal requirements are met;
- request restriction of processing;
- receive certain information in a portable format;
- object to certain types of processing; and
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on your consent.
Please note that some information cannot be deleted immediately where we are legally required to retain it, for example for tax or accounting purposes.
