SHIPPING
In-stock items are usually packed and shipped within 2 business days.
We ship with DHL / Deutsche Post and all orders include tracking.
Germany
Shipping: €10
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 1–2 working days
Europe
We currently ship to France, Belgium, Italy and Spain.
Shipping: €25
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Belgium: 2–3 working days
- France: 2–4 working days
- Italy: 2–4 working days
- Spain: 3–4 working days
USA
Shipping: €35
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 14+ working days
International orders may take longer because of customs or local postal delays.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, customs, holidays or postal delays.
CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS
Special requests and custom-made pieces usually need around 2 additional weeks for production, plus the normal shipping time for your destination.
We’ll stay in touch with you during the process and keep you updated.
Items that are genuinely personalized or made specifically according to your individual specifications are generally not eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal where the legal requirements for custom-made goods apply.
Of course, if there is something actually wrong with your custom order, please contact us.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address provided with the order was incorrect or incomplete, we can send it again once it arrives back with us.
A new shipping fee will then apply:
Germany: €10
Europe: €25
USA: €35
We’ll contact you before sending the parcel again.
