SHOP TERMS

By placing an order with us, you agree to these shop terms as well as our Shipping, Returns and Privacy Policies.

ORDERS

The products shown in our shop are an invitation to place an order.

When you complete checkout, you submit an order to us. An automatic order confirmation simply means that we have received your order.

We may decline an order before it has been accepted, for example if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If you have already paid for an order that we cannot accept, the payment will be refunded using the same payment method.

Once a contract has been concluded, the applicable statutory rules apply.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices shown in the shop are the prices applicable at the time you place your order.

Shipping costs are added separately and shown according to the destination.

Our regular payment method is PayPal.

In special cases, payment by bank transfer may also be possible. Just send us a DM or email before ordering and we’ll figure it out with you.

AVAILABILITY

Everything in the shop is subject to availability.

If something is marked Sold Out, it is currently unavailable. For limited editions, handmade pieces and original artworks, once it’s gone, it may really be gone.

If an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll contact you and refund any payment if we cannot fulfil the order.

CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS

We love special requests.

Custom work normally needs around 2 additional weeks for production, plus shipping time. We’ll stay in touch with you during the process and keep you updated.

Before we start, we’ll agree with you on the important details of the piece.

Once production has started, later changes may not always be possible. If a requested change involves additional work or costs, we’ll discuss this with you first.

Genuinely personalized or individually made products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where the legal requirements for custom-made goods apply.

Your statutory rights if something is defective or not made as agreed remain unaffected.

ART, COPYRIGHT & OUR DESIGNS

All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, graphics, texts and other original content created by us remain protected by copyright.

Buying an artwork or product means you own that physical item. It does not automatically transfer the copyright or reproduction rights to you.

Please don’t copy, reproduce, print, publish, manufacture, commercially use or otherwise exploit our artwork or designs without our permission.

You are of course free to sell or give away the physical item you purchased. Copyright and reproduction rights remain separate from ownership of the physical piece.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Our current shipping destinations, costs and delivery estimates can be found in our Shipping Policy.

Information about the statutory right of withdrawal, returns, damaged orders and refunds can be found in our Returns Policy.

These policies form part of our shop information and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

DELAYS & THINGS WE CAN’T CONTROL

Sometimes things happen that neither you nor we can control — postal delays, customs, severe weather, strikes, supply problems or other unexpected events.

If something significantly affects your order, we’ll do our best to let you know and find a reasonable solution.

Any mandatory statutory rights you have as a customer remain unaffected.

We’re a small independent shop run by real people.

Questions, problems and misunderstandings are absolutely okay — just send us a message and we’ll try to sort things out.

We reserve the right to decline future orders in cases of fraud, threats, abusive behaviour or repeated misuse of our shop.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where this would not be permitted under applicable law.

The statutory warranty rights for goods remain unaffected.

APPLICABLE LAW

These terms and contracts made through our shop are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

If you are a consumer living outside Germany, this choice of law does not take away any mandatory consumer protection granted to you by the law that would otherwise apply to you.
